Mewstone Hughes & Hughes Pinot Noir is sourced from vineyards across Tasmania including the Coal River, Derwent and Tamar Valleys.

The fruit is predominantly fermented as destemmed whole berries, with a small whole bunch component. After natural yeast fermentation and 16-21 days on skins, the wine is pressed directly to oak to mature. It is bottled unfined and unfiltered.

Red purple, Mewstone Hughes & Hughes Pinot Noir has bright red fruit flavours and fine tannins. Cellaring potential is seven years.
